Well, I live in South Africa and nooooo, we don't have lions in the streets. Only *****es. But those are all over the world.
I am a silent moviemaker, yes. I make movies all day long and file them in my brain under 'memories'. I then add my own soundtrack to the silent movies and I file those under '*****moans'. Then I throw a bit of blue october or back in here and there for added effect.
I am also a mother of three. And boy, am I the mother in the relationship.
I also shrink. Um. Ok. No, that's I lie. I have grown in size. But I shrink brains. When I get paid. And some times when I don't get paid.
And yes, I do all my own stunts.
Saar Kitaar is an afrikaans nicname that I have chosen for myself. Started some time ago with streetart and ex lover links and one of my olive clients started calling me that (sue guitar). It just rhymes well, I suppose and I liked it. And voila, here I am.
Oh and when I don't shrink and mother and stunt, I sell olives for fun. The best, most delicious, organically grown olives you have ever tasted on the planet. Ok, fine, maybe just in the southern hemisphere.
You guys?

You are VERY funny! Please stick around. I am part human, part labrador. Apart (heheh) from that, I'm a pretty average guy - more average than pretty though. I am in the UK.

South Africa has muuuuuuuch better weather than the UK. I'm from Wales, and I've been living in South Africa for four years, and I'm afraid I have to disagree with that statement! WAY not enough rain. And I'm not being sarcastic, hehe. I come from a small village with one of the highest annual rainfalls in all of Europe and that's what I miss the most from my homeland - the rain. I hate the sun. I know, I know - why did I move to SA then? Only love woulda dragged me out here.

Yeah, I think I shall invite them in the morning. I have been looking for a forum where food and movies and music and life can be discussed.
Maybe this will be it. The previous forum I chatted on, died a horrible death. May we please take a moment and just remember all the forums and blogsites that have died in the past.
Oh, don't you have wine? Sigh. Suppose coffee is better for now anyway. So cheers. I shall drink to new arrivals.

Miss pixie...
Where do you stay in SA?
I understand about hearthome. So if ireland is your hearthome, my only advice would be to start up the sprinkler and sit under it for a bit every day.
And love with passion. That's normally how we cope with tough things. Well, I do anyway.
Or move to an area where rainfall is higher. Or maybe, if you ask nicely, I will make you a very fashionable hat with a built in sprinkler system.

When it gets too hot for me I retreat to a cool bath with a book. It's not so bad this summer but last summer I spent 2-3 hours in the bath every afternoon when it was hottest >.< Roll on winter!

Anyway. Roll on winter! So you will get some rain then in gordons.
See? And now I have forgotten what else I wanted to comment on. Anyway, tis lovely to meet you.
