Why do I crave sugar the minute I decide I want to diet? And what on earth am I going to do about it?

Substitute it with healthy options that contain natural sugar? I mean, sugar craving is understandable and I guess it's a process of retraining the neurotransmitters, brain, whatever, to start craving fruit and yoghurt and vegetables instead?

I know what you mean. I have taken to buying a certain amount (er, not a small amount) of the junk I like for the week, but that's all I have and I have to eat fruit and veg every day. I broke a tooth on some honeycomb candy this year and I am a little more respectful of my choppers now

Whenever I crave sugar I go for Glace Cherries, because they are both NOM and sugar. Added bonus, I think that if you had enough it might count towards your 5 a day!

I wish I didn't loathe those things that's a really good tip. I hate raisins too. I'm into carrots this week. Ohhh that didn't sound good.

Oh my god, oh my god, I don't wanna know about the evil carrot!
Tonight my craving is for those hideously delicious white easter eggs. You now, the hard ones? I bought a sixpack. And had two. Now the last four are taunting me... Please someone take them off my hands... And off my tongue....
