If i must say their service is **** poor at its best.
I bought a 50inch plasma - we lost the picture and developed a crack on the bottom of the screen. we still had sound. I called *** and they told me to call ***. after many calls *** said i caused the crack and refused to fix it. which is crap. why would i want to go through all these messes? i have better things to do than this. since then we have got a new tv. i just want my money back. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE OWN ANOTHER ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IF I NEED A LAWYER I WILL GET ONE. MONEY IS NOT A PROBLEM I JUST WANT RESPECT WHICH I GUESS THE PEOPLE AT *** DONT HAVE.

Oh dear, oh deer. Let's try and stick to no caps lock I think I might know what brand of TV you're talking about. I was house sitting once and the house owner had the biggest plasma screen TV I have ever seen. That was a lot of fun till its settings got themselves all mixed and up and suddenly - no channels. After a zillion years on the telephone, I googled and got it sorted myself. Your situation sounds a LOT more serious, obviously.
