I am so ****ing angry. (Is it ok if I swear here?)
This afternoon I had the worst experience ever at the garage-store in rosebank. (Am so enraged that I cannot even remember the streetnames) the level of service was non-existent.
I want to know if a brand like foolworth has any say in the management and level of serviced provided to clients at these garage foodstores? I personally will never visit that spot again. I spent 25 minutes raging in the store. With no-one to complain to, no 24 hour client service line or NOTHING, I was forced to attempt and resolve the issue. I left fuming, very ****ed off that a place like this, having the monopoly in the area are providing a shocking level of service and still making money off of all the poor sods in the long queue.
I refuse, I tell you! I refuse.
How do I go about a) getting an official apology and b) making it better for future patrons.
The way I feel now, I have the urge to buy the property on the opposite side of the road and start my own brilliant garage and foodstore. And kick their asses!

Swear MORE! They must have a complaints department and it sounds like you have serious grounds for complaint! Apart from that, since you are in SA, how about doing it on the well known complaints site? I'll pm you if you don't know the one.

*****es for not even trying to calm me down and just leaving me more ****ing ****ed off at all of them when I got into my car.
Ugh. The urge for tea and cake left me completely.

You see? This is the kinda thing I wanted to have when I left the blerry shop this afternoon. I wanted them to listen to my complaint, say that they are very sorry and at least attempt to calm me down and even make me smile when leaving. Instead of fuming like I did.
So, you didn't tell me there are velvet couches in this forum. Is there a fireplace too?

Disappointment too then. South Africans need fireplaces? OK there's a roaring fire and a plentiful supply of no-fat marshmallows and hot chocolate

In winter, yes please, a fireplace is a requirement. But now it is summer here. So I shall keep your marshmallows and alles (everything) in stock for when it is time....

And I mean that the ****ers are a giant, international food and clothing store. (Also found in the uk if I am not mistaken)
Here is SA they team up with petrol stations and have a smaller, food only version inside the service station store.

I wonder what their chances are against corporations?
