I want it. I need it. I crave it so hard I can almost taste it – and it’s gotta have that particular label on it. Cheap knockoffs simply will not do. Got to have the now thing, the hip hot happening thing. Even the hint of the shape of their logo makes me salivate.
Is the company just flooding the market to cash in on people’s curiosity and their need to have the latest version? Is there actually any worthwhile improvement in the product at all?

Um, yes. When I lust something, I have to have it.
And we are not just talking like. We are talking lust, right?
No price will matter. Ok, some times the price matters. And I will save until I can satisfy my lust

Um, no, we don't get sorta conned. We get ****ed through the ears!
(Oh shucks, I had better run back to the 'introduce myself' forum and apologise that I swear so much. And no. Not all south africans do. Most are well mannered, gentle, decent souls. Some were kicked out of the bus when little and that's how people like me are swearing, evil *****es. Oh ****, there I go again.)

This is the place to swear so when does lust turn into disillusionment?

When chavs start wearing your favourite label. What a betrayal.

For me there are times when the consummated lust of actually buying something (usually a gadget) that I have been wanting (or sneakers) really does fulfil its promise (books and music too) and my relationship can be long and fruitful. I don't feel conned very often at all, probably because of the amount of OCD style research I do before I buy something.
