I have been with T-Mobile since birth and they CHANGED my tariff WITHOUT warning when I did a recent upgrade, so where my bill should be under £30 incl tax, look at that bad boy figure that they charged me and the tax too!!! This is why I smoke, even WITH a deadly cough!!! Should I leave T-Mobile after being a loyal customer since I got my first ever mobile phone when I was a kid??? Oh, the added stressssssssssssssssss!!! Now I have to write to their complaints team and the Ombudsman as they can't take reverse the charges as that is their policy, well would have been nice to be informed of this when I arranged my upgrade!!! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Hm, I'm pretty sure that one-party changes to contracts are illegal pretty much wherever contracts are respected. Are you sure you have not agreed to it, perhaps by accident? Or was it a forced change, i.e. you are free not to accept but then you have to stop using the service?

That's why you should read the small print when you sign any contract.
I'm so sick of it though.
