I ordered an *** case for my Samsung Note II on 9 February, paid on 9 February. I waited patiently, understanding the 15 day delivery time as the item is ordered from America. It arrived today, package opened only to discover an **** iPhone case. I emailed this morning at 10am to ask how to return the item & get a refund, received a reply saying that my email had been forwarded to your returns department & they'd get back to me shortly. At 3pm I emailed again & was told it would take a day or two for returns to get back to me. Why would it take so long to tell me how to return a WRONG item & to get my refund? Extemely disappointed customer who probably won't use *** again :(

Customer service in SA is generally bad, this company is up there with the worst. I finally got through to someone in the returns department who told me that she'd phoned my 3 times & left me messages. Bullsh*t. They will be collecting the incorrect item on Monday & I have to wait until they receive the item back in their offices before they start processing the refund. I'll be raging until I get my money back & will make sure that no-one I know ever uses them. And I'll be posting more on their facebook page
